Returns & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Unfortunately, our shipping charges are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply email a copy of the order confirmation we sent you to email@example.com to begin the return process. We'll confirm your order and provide you with a mailing address to return the product. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to Paypal.
If we've processed your return and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company or Paypal. Paypal normally takes 3-5 business days to post, and some credit card companies can take up to 30 days, depending on how they process refunds.
